ISPA fully endorses the School Psychology Unified Anti-Racism Statement and Call to Action which has been prepared by the American School Psychology Associations here below. We post this statement here as an act of recognition and support. In this way, we would like to express our sympathy to our American colleagues and affiliated organizations:

IMPACT STATEMENT:
School Psychology’s commitment and mission to advance research, practice, policy and advocacy for education continues. In light of this tragedy, we have a sharpened focus to reduce systemic racism and inequities in schools and communities across our nation. We must take affirmative action through active anti-racist work.

As many school psychology students and faculty return to classes for the Fall, please be certain to share the School Psychology Unified AntiRacism Statement and Call to Action by D16+TSP+CDSPP+SSSP+ABSP+NASP. (IMHO This should be required reading for all students this Fall, Winter, and Spring.)

ALL are INVITED to Endorse and Commit:

We look forward to further communications and collaborations to engage in intentional and purposeful actions to further advance diversity, equity, and social justice in school psychology.

On behalf of the School Psychology Unified AntiRacism Statement and Call to Action by D16 + TSP + CDSPP + SSSP + ABSP + NASP
