Purpose: To develop communication between ISPA and UN agencies, especially UNESCO. To promote co-operation with NGOs working in the field of education, human and social sciences. To contribute to ISPA’s public relations and make school psychology more visible on the international stage.

Structure: The Chair is appointed by the President of ISPA. The committee co-operates with the Executive Committee for the implementation of ISPA projects through UNESCO structures and with ISPA committees, task forces and interest groups when their projects are related to UN agencies’ programs.
