Purpose: To maintain and strengthen ISPA’s resource-leadership position and contributions to children’s rights, child development, and education through ISPA projects and through collaborative work with international and national non-governmental organizations, United Nations agencies, other governmental agencies, and ISPA affiliate organizations.

Structure: The Chair is appointed by the President and the members are solicited by and appointed by the Chair.
