Purpose: To provide and coordinate resource support in ISPA's effort to better understand and serve the long term best interests of young people.

Structure: The Chair is appointed by the President. Membership of this committee remains open to ISPA members with the express purpose of ensuring representation of a wide variety of professional and cultural perspectives. Cooperation and coordination with other committees is a strategy often used to increase the breadth of study of child development and effective school psychology practices.
